From Users:

From Instructor/Evaluator:

If you create an Instructor/Evaluator account with us, we will ask you to provide certain information in order to set up your account. If you are an Instructor/Evaluator in gradhance.com a representative may call you to verify your information. We shall collect the following information from an Instructor/Evaluator but not limited to:

1. Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Postal Address.

2. Their qualifications and Experience (Certificates).

3. Their bank account details.

4. Other documentation for carrying out due diligence.

We do not intend to collect any type of Sensitive Personal Data (“SPD”). In case the situation demands for the collection of any SPD for providing any particular services or for any background checks in case necessary or for improvising our website/application, we shall only upon your express consent obtain such information and only after your consent shall such data be processed further.

If a User opts out using the Ads Settings, the unique Double Click cookie ID on the User's browser is overwritten with the phrase "OPT_OUT". Because there is no longer a unique cookie ID, the opt-out cookie can't be associated with a particular browser.
