This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains the policy regarding the collection, use, disclosure and transfer of your information by gradhance.com (name of website for delivery of information, services, offerings and content via any mobile or internet connected device or otherwise (collectively the “Services”).

As you use, access and navigate our Website, we collect various information, which may either be personally identifiable information or information that is not personally identifiable. This information is classified as:
“Personal Information/Data” which means personally identifiable information like your name, your address, your age, your email address and your phone number.
“Other Information” which means all other information other than “Personal Information” or “Sensitive Personal Information.” For example, the nature of device information, your usage patterns, your usage preferences, logs which are created when you access and use the Website, local caches on your browser, your location, and IP address. WHAT DATA / INFORMATION ARE COLLECTED?
At the time of Registration, we ask you to provide basic contact information such as your name, age, address, pin code, contact number, occupation, and email address etc. When you register using your other accounts like Gmail, we shall retrieve Information from such accounts to continue to interact with you and to continue providing the Services.

From Users:
In order to ascertain the user’s identity we obtain and store basic information about the user such as name, email address, phone/ mobile number, address, occupation.
Further in order to identify the user’s needs and demands we obtain and store certain information like preferred locality, desired area, budget etc.
From Instructor/Evaluator:
If you create an Instructor/Evaluator account with us, we will ask you to provide certain information in order to set up your account. If you are an Instructor/Evaluator in gradhance.com a representative may call you to verify your information. We shall collect the following information from an Instructor/Evaluator but not limited to:
1. Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Postal Address.
2. Their qualifications and Experience (Certificates).
3. Their bank account details.
4. Other documentation for carrying out due diligence.
We do not intend to collect any type of Sensitive Personal Data (“SPD”). In case the situation demands for the collection of any SPD for providing any particular services or for any background checks in case necessary or for improvising our website/application, we shall only upon your express consent obtain such information and only after your consent shall such data be processed further.

Opting out
If a User opts out using the Ads Settings, the unique Double Click cookie ID on the User’s browser is overwritten with the phrase “OPT_OUT”. Because there is no longer a unique cookie ID, the opt-out cookie can’t be associated with a particular browser.

We shall in good faith if it is required for the purposes of our compliance with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request/action or any manner required for the purposes of protecting our rights or interests, respond to a medical emergency involving the data principal or another individual or to ensure an individual’s safety during any disaster or any breakdown of public order share your information without your consent.
